AZM Foundation partnered with UNDP to strengthen civic literacy among citizens, particularly women, young people and minority communities, in preparation for local government elections in Punjab. Local female master trainers conducted community sessions and used information materials and street theatre to explain participation, voting and civic responsibility in accessible ways.

  • Street theatre and public awareness activities
  • Outreach to women, youth, and minority communities

Reported results:

  •  476 community sessions conducted.
  • More than 9,500 participants were  reached.
  • Approximately 80% of participants were women.
