Micro Initiatives. Macro Impacts.

We don’t just fund change — we build it, block by block, family by family. AZM Foundation turns small loans,
clean water, and hard-won skills into lasting dignity for Pakistan’s most overlooked communities.

Building Stronger Communities, Not Dependency

AZM Foundation exists for one reason: to help the poor stand on their own. We're a team of development professionals — not charity tourists — building real capacity in real communities, using Islamic microfinance, hands-on training, and infrastructure that lasts.

Vision

A developed, dignified and inclusive society, built from the ground up through empowered communities, equal opportunities, sustainable development, and lasting positive change for future generations.

Mission

A developed, dignified society, built from the ground up through empowered communities and sustainable opportunities, creating lasting change, greater independence, and a better future for all.

What Drives Us

We fuel micro-entrepreneurs with capital and know-how, lift health, education, and livelihoods together, and turn literacy and skills into real opportunity. We build institutions that outlast any one project and champion the marginalized until the system does too.

Changing Lives Together

Digital Farmer Data Collection

Layyah, Muzaffargarh, and Bahawalpur, we're building profiles for 50,000 farmers digital wallets included  with a firm 20% floor on female farmer representation.

Women's Voter Education (UNDP)

476 sessions. 9,500+ citizens reached. 80% women. Real civic power, delivered street by street across Multan and Bahawalnagar.

Closing the Door to Extremism (USAID)

AZM trained property owners and hotel managers on PITRA compliance, making rentals safer; USAID/DAI funded the expansion to prevent extremism.

Social Sector Services

Ramadan food packages. Free medical camps. Farmer training that's reached 430 households. Vocational institutes turning stitching and embroidery into steady income for hundreds of women.

Islamic Microfinance

32M into livestock, farms — with women driving 70%, and a 98.3% repayment rate. In Chakwal, financing has put goats worth Rs. 500,000 into hands of 25 entrepreneurs.

Damage Assessment

When disaster hits, we're first in — mapping the damage, planning the recovery, and making sure women aren't left out of either, at every stage of recovery.

Women Empowerment

Skills that stick. Four-month courses in tailoring, embroidery, and design — built to turn home-based talent into market-ready income.

Low-Cost Shelters

After the 2014 floods, we didn't just hand out tents. We built 400 real shelters — safe, dignified homes for 2,400+ people, ensuring safety.

Water & Sanitation

Iqbal Town, Islamabad went 15+ years without proper sewerage. We mapped it, mobilized it, and unlocked Rs. 240M in government funding to fix it — for good.

Health camp

A health camp provides essential medical check-ups, health awareness, and basic healthcare services to underserved communities. It promotes preventive care, early detection, and improved access to quality healthcare. It also encourages people to prioritize their health and well-being.

Waste survey

Waste surveys help assess waste generation, collection, and disposal practices within communities. They identify environmental challenges and support improved waste management, cleaner surroundings, responsible disposal, public awareness, and sustainable community practices.

Skill Development

Healthcare skills development provides practical training and hands-on experience in basic medical care. It strengthens professional skills, improves healthcare knowledge, and builds confidence among community health workers in underserved communities, improving access to essential healthcare services.
